Role Summary:
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, budgeting, MIS reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of real estate project finance, and hands-on experience in managing books of accounts, cash flows, and vendor payments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and monitor project-wise budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
· Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, and fund utilization
· Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments
· Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and board presentations
· Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and coordinate with auditors
· Handle banking, loan documentation, and relationships with financial institutions
· Support GM Finance in financial modelling and analysis for new projects/investments
· Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements in finance functions
Skills & Competencies:

2. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
