We are a full-stack conversational AI company from building products to delivering bots for our clients. We are looking for a finance manager who can help us build the next generation of enterprise-grade conversational AI platform.
Haptik’s Hybrid Work Model:
• Haptik plans to operate in a hybrid work-model where our employees will have the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5 working days every week.
• In addition to Mumbai where we already have an office, places like Bangalore, Delhi/NCR and Pune will also have an office space soon in 2026 as many of our current employees are also based in these cities.
• You’re encouraged to apply only if you’re either based in one of these 4 cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune) or are open to relocating to one within 3 months of joining us.
What will you do every day?
• You will be leading audits, taxation and compliances.
• Manage financial transactions, overseeing and preparing income statements and preparing financial reports.
• To ensure direct tax compliances with respect to foreign vendors.
• In Depth knowledge of GST compliance
• Analysing financial data and monitoring internal controls.- Prepare & Review of Audit Financial & Schedules as per IGAAP or Ind-AS.
• Lead book closure for the company on monthly basis-
• Control day to day accounting and ensure month end book closing activities.-
• Strong stakeholder management from a finance perspective.
• This role will require exceptional numerical proficiency to aid the organization in maintaining financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies and implementing proper internal controls for accounting and compliance.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the payable process and to oversee the purchase orders, invoices and expenses, assist with cash management and bank reconciliation.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• Relationship and team management.- Hustler, Well organised and self-directed.
