Roles and Responsibilities:
The Financial Reporting accountant role requires individuals ready to take responsibilities to drive Finalization of statutory Books of Accounts as of Statutory, IFC / SOX, Tax Audit and Cost Audit etc..!!
Perform Inventory Valuation, provisioning (E&O) in line with accounting policies, profit elimination reporting and also coordination with supply chain team;
To drive Monthly and Quarterly Finalization of management Books of Accounts.!
Prepare and review monthly results and implementation of monthly variance reporting; Assisting in Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet upload in CMR / Hyperion (HFM)
Balance Sheet deep dive analysis (including balance sheet reconciliation preparation timey and qualitatively) and maintain overall Accounts Hygiene; Monthly MIS reporting including handling ad-hoc reporting requirements;
To drive Monthly cross charge to Inter-Company parties; To drive automation / simaaplification of existing processes; Team leading and cultivate talent through L&D program
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with at least over 3+ years of professional work experience
Skills, Knowledge and Experience - Good understanding and knowledge of U.S. GAAPS and IND AS; Experience in end to end management and responsibility of Statutory Audit, IFC / SOX, Tax audit etc..!!
• Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques; Advanced work experience and proficiency in SAP.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management will be preferred; Advanced work experience and proficiency in Ms-Office (particularly Excel, Word and PPT); Strong Communication Skills, both verbal & written;
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory skills and customer service orientation;
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet timelines and be able to built in a fast-paced work environment;
