Required Experience: At least 6 -10 years of Professional and relevant experience in private or public Institutions. Work Experience in Educational Institutions will be an added advantage.
Salary: 18-20 Lac PA
Job Discription:
To direct and manage all of the accounting functions of the institute. To make recommendations for improving Institute wide Financial management, direct financial audits, compliance, and provide strong leadership and management skills while effectively supervising staff and building an effective team. The person will also be responsible for streamlining processes within the Institute to ensure it is efficient, transparent, and compliant to accounting standards. Develop, monitor, and exercise adequate controls on annual budgets

Effective leader and people manager with demonstrated abilities to mentor subordinates, build strong collegial relationships across all levels of the organization, and lead effective work groups. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in complex accounting systems and possess strong understanding of the use and potential of technology in the area of Financial management.
