Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a tech-focused recruitment strategy aligned with AICRA’s organizational growth plans.
• Source high-quality candidates across domains such as Sales, technology, R&D, marketing, training, event management, and education.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
• Strengthen AICRA’s visibility as an employer of choice among technologists, innovators, educators, and students by closing monitoring and updates on social media.
• Create engaging recruitment campaigns for digital platforms, highlighting AICRA’s role in shaping future technologies.
• Set up and maintain structured recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools.
• Continuously improve hiring timelines, candidate quality, and onboarding experience.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks for strategic hiring needs.
• Employee Performance Measurement.

• Time-to-hire for Sales, tech and program roles
• Offer acceptance rate, Diversity of talent pool
• Candidate satisfaction scores (post-hiring feedback)
• Retention rate of first-year hires

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in HR or certification in Talent Acquisition (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Sales, Technology, EdTech organizations.
• Experience hiring for Sales, technical and programmatic roles.
• Strong understanding of the Sales, technology and EdTech landscape.
• Expertise in using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and strong organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
