Qualification: MBA (Full time).

Job Description:
Day-to-day HR & Admin activities.
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
Should be well versed with Labour laws.
Experience in Entry & Exit Formalities, Attendance Management, HR Administrations, Payrolls, Salary Management.
Address employee grievances and requirements on an ongoing basis.
Training & Development implementation.
Ensure use of HR management systems for operational efficiencies and faster policy resolutions.
Strong organizational and communications skills.
Understanding in Labour and statutory requirements.
Joining with in 15 - 30 days preferred.
