Experience:
1. 4 - 7 years of core HR Generalist experience
2. Minimum 2 years start up experience
3. Experience from Environment/ Plastic waste Industry will be preferred
Job Description:
· Strong understanding of HR practices and implementation
· Experience in handling complete recruitment cycle
· Excellent knowledge in sourcing candidates from various sources
· Good in drafting and designing policies, KRAs, documentations, Job profiles etc.
· Great verbal and written communication
· Good in negotiation, grievance handling and interpersonal skills
· Good in adapting startup environment and co-ordinate professionally with all departments
· Good in retention of employees and employee engagement activities
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
