Job Description
1. Hiring & on boarding â As the primary role the candidate would be responsible forhiring/recruitment and on boarding of personnel requirements of the departments.
2. Controlling attrition â Understanding the reasons of attrition and control it by
negotiating and deploying necessary means.
3. Developing HR Systems â Understanding the gaps in the prevailing set-up and
deploying and establishing strong, valuable, and perpetual HR systems such as
appraisal cycles, training & development modules, and standard HR practices.
4. Employee engagement â Carrying out activities that bring in high employee
engagement resulting in higher productivity levels, lowering attrition, and building a
conducive as well as a distinct work culture of the organization.
