Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
• Create and distribute monthly payroll calendar to HR team.
• Responsible for content management of Human Resources Intranet page.
• Regularly monitor and respond to inquiries via the HR email box/ HR tickets. Perform duties as per assigned SLAs assigned for various tasks.
• Process US payroll twice a month and Canada payroll monthly.
• Provide all required payroll reporting to accounting team .
• Maintain employment records within ADP and electronic employee filing system for the assigned regions.
• Coordinate and deliver annual federal, state and company required trainings.
• Monitor contract end dates, extensions, and system updates monthly.
• Conduct quarterly state compensation filings.
• Conduct year-end filing requirements (W2, ACA etc.).
• Assist with recruitment and on-boarding when needed.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
• Monthly reporting for Finance.
• Assist with employee transfers across borders.
• Assist in generating various letters- offer, merit, bonus, transfer, visa, various letters required by employees for verification, address proof, etc.
• Maintain accurate status and tracking of new hires data via a SharePoint portal.
• Partner with HRBPs to effectively resolve employee queries and ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Partner with global HR Operations Specialist on defining data analysis, dashboard and reporting on HR program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate status and tracking of onboarding and offboarding via a SharePoint portal.
• Provide SLA based report in resolving employee issues on weekly/ monthly basis.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 7+year experience in Human Resources is required.
• Working knowledge of US federal/state employment laws is required.
• Knowledge of Canada regulations is a plus.
• Experience with Dashboard building, HR tools like ADP is a plus.
