Compensation:
Salary: Rs. 60, 000 - Rs. 70,000 per month (Base Pay, TDS will be deducted) + Performance Pay (Up to
30% of base pay) & Financial Incentives (Medical, ULIP additional – with 2-year renewable employment contract)
Subject to educational qualification, past work experience, and skill set. Raise on a merit basis only.
Timings & Location:
General Shift: +:00 am - 6: 00 pm (IST: Monday-Saturday with 60min break)
Evening Shift: 3 pm – 12 am (IST: Monday – Saturday with 60 min break
Flexible Shifts: -
Morning Flexi Shift: + am - 1 pm and 6 pm - 11 pm (IST Monday – Saturday with 30 mins break)
Workdays: Monday - Saturdays (Alternate Saturdays are non-working)
Location: Remote Based

MINIMUM 1 LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruitment and sourcing - Planning human resource requirements in consultation with department heads of the different functional and operational areas, conducting interviews, and managing the complete recruitment cycle.
- Should be capable of managing campus hiring from different B schools, delivering pre-placement talks, sharing JDs, and conducting written tests and interviews.
-Performance Management - Managing appraisal cycle- - Plan and implement a competency framework with linkage to performance appraisal, recruitment, and also do career planning for high potential.
- Data Management and analysis - Maintain a proper database of the company’s employees.
-Participate in employee engagement surveys, analyzing survey results, and preparation of action plan reports for Business Heads.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring recruitment metrics (Time to hire, cost per hire).
- Ensuring all vacancies in the organization are filled as per specified TAT.
- Advising hiring managers on interview methods, identifying skill assessment techniques & uses them in various stages of interviews.
- Design and develop HR initiatives for multiple local offices
- Conducting skill assessment of exiting the workforce, identifying skill gaps, plan and executing focused training programs.
- Provide leadership team with HR performance metrics enabling them with better decision making.
