Job Description
The Manager Human Resources works within a team of HR Managers to deliver a high-quality human resources service to support the ACMA and eSafety workforce. We work together to build the culture and capability of our agency’s people. We are a supportive team and engage each other to help solve complex problems and support the effective operation of the branch.
We are offering a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution to the work of the agency and have autonomy in how you deliver HR services to meet the needs of our agency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced human resources leader who has:
Significant experience leading human resources teams to deliver a range of HR functions and services.
Excellent working knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks that apply to effective workforce management and ability to apply this knowledge to provide high quality advice.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and respect within their team and with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and willingness to work flexibly, solve problems and drive innovation across a range of HR functions.
High level integrity and a commitment to the APS and ACMA values including a commitment to promoting physical and psychological safety.
A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline is highly desirable
