Educational Qualification: B-Tech /MCA/ BCA in related field
Experience: 7+ Years
Any additional requirement: Candidate's Age should not be more than 35 years.
Role:
Manages the IT setup in the Manufacturing Plant and ensure that all installed technologies operate efficiently. And evaluate commission next generation technologies to facilitate business.
Responsibilities:
Access management
• Plans, acquires, and coordinates installation of in-house / remote hardware and corresponding security devices across the organization's network.
• Assesses, approves, and administers access of all IT equipment's and applications.
Network Management
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring and checking utilization of LAN, WAN connectivity.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting internet lines and network.
• Setting up and running companywide secured LAN and WAN for availably of unified network to operate business seamlessly.
IT Security and Risk Mitigation
• Implement IT Security Policy and institutionalize it through training and support.
• Ensure security of network through implementation of firewall and other security devices across all locations.
• Manages and ensures effectiveness of security solutions to protect from cyber threats including solution on anti-virus intrusion & detection systems.
• Ensuring security of data at end-point and gateway level through DLP solution.
IT Service Delivery
Organizes and implements servicing and support of all IT systems for agreed service level. In particular:
• Ensures training is provided to stakeholders on modern technologies and existing technology to new users.
• Asset management for laptops, desktops, printers and data cards
• Works in partnership with location/function heads to ensure that each location have required IT setup.
• Provides remedial support where necessary
IT Applications support
• Ensures seamless coordination between Application (SAP and non SAP) support teams, if required
• Participation in any new application implementation discussion.
Team development (Where applicable)
• Monitors performance of the team, supports direct reportee, provides feedback and guidance on performance.
• Manages people related issues to build a capable and highly motivated team oriented to greater efficiency and service quality.
• Ensures technical training on regular basis to the team.
Other Responsibilities
• Builds and maintains strong relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Keeps abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field of Information Technology, review existing IT infrastructure and processes and recommend modifications where necessary, to meet business needs.
Coordinate with Head Office, for different vendor of industrial applications which are connected with Manufacturing line.
Key Result Area:
• Developing and managing business relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Improving service levels on a regular basis.
• Measure and track supplier performance and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Security management - regular reviews and audits are conducted for network security breaches
• Disaster Recovery/Data Backups - Regular testing and restorations are performed to ensure the integrity of data recovery
• IT Help Desk response management.
• Training to users on new technologies
