Job Title: Manager-Law (NBFC - LAP/Mortgage Loans)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time

Greenwings Innovative Finance Private Limited is fast growing Non-Banking Financial Company and part of Business house of over Rs. 4000 Cr. including lead investors. We are specialising in innovative financial solutions for various loan products e.g. MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Renewable energy financing etc. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced legal professional to join our team as an Law Manager to oversee litigation, criminal proceedings, and various legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee litigation matters related to LAP/Mortgage loans.
• Handle Negotiable Instrument Act cases and criminal proceedings.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary..
• Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law(LLB); LLM preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in NBFCs with LAP/Mortgage,home loans.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian legal frameworks, especially related to financial services.
• Understanding of litigation, Negotiable Instrument Act and criminal proceedings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
