Roles & Responsibilities: IPR Management: Managing company IPR portfolio and ensuring brand protection through activities including filing and prosecution of trademarks/copyrights, conducting police raids on counterfeit, etc. Litigation Management: Drafting of legal Notices including cease-and-desist notices, consumer notices, etc. Managing litigation and ensuring the protection of the company's interest in any ongoing or potential litigation or dispute. End to End Contract Management: Drafting, Review, Negotiation and Finalisation of various business and commercial contracts including but not limited to SAAS Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, lease deeds, etc. Drafting of other legal documents. Mergers & Acquisition: Provide support for all aspects of M& A activity, including structuring, due diligence, documentation, and closing. Assist in legal due diligence on target companies. Working on securities law aspects of M& A activity. Responsible for providing pro-active, value-added added and practical legal advice and support to the business and the Company as and when required without delay. Job Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in Cosmetics/Personal Care/FMCG & Law Firms. Theideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A law degree (LL.B/ integrated L.L.B) from a reputed law school is essential. He/she/they should be punctual, transparent, responsible, and able to take end-to-end accountability for their matters and an out-of-the-box thinking approach.
