Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review, draft, negotiate and manage complex SaaS/Cloud and other kinds of licensing agreements as well as Master Services Agreements.
Build legal frameworks and strategies for outbound and inbound software licensing transactions
Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters
Handling contract disputes and liaising with law firms where required
Discuss with internal stakeholders to structure contracts and respond to RFP / RFI
Assist in developing framework from a legal perspective for software products creation and launch
You Must have:
LLB., Over all 8+Years with with 4+ years of relevant legal experience. In-house experience in a product company is a must
Significant experience in handling complex commercial transactions, including IT services agreement, licensing contacts, partnership agreements, subcontracting and vendor contracts
Comprehensive understanding of complex contractual issues, assess risk, and independently provide concise business-focused legal advice
Effectively handling contract disputes
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize to close critical deals
Working with internal stakeholders from various business functions
Highly self-motivated to lead projects with minimal supervision
Excellent judgment and can craft creative solutions
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
