Location - Kolkata, Mumbai, Trichy, Chennai
CTC- For Kolkata - upto 22 LPA.
For Trichy, Chennai, Mumbai ctc will be 18-20 LPA.
Job Profile: To deal with the legal claims arising out of Motor Third party claims and consumer complaints and managing other legal/related affairs

Manager - Legal Claims, IL4-L
Job Location:
Corporate office, Mumbai.
Reporting Authority
Associate Segment Head/Corporate Manager - Legal Claims
Duties & Responsibilities
• Effective review of legal claims including high value claims.
• Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.
• Ensure effective implementation of processes set by corporate office.
• Preparation of repository on Legal developments and enactments and sharing with team.
• Maintain the stages of the claims and have a close co-ordination with lawyers handling high value claims.
• Monitor grounds of contest and ensure effective evidences in court

Various departments dealing in claim
• External :
Courts, Lawyers, Surveyors etc
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent legal domain in various laws including insurance, consumer, motor accidents, civil, criminal, arbitration etc.

• Process Orientation
Qualification Requirement
LLB
Relevant Work-experience Required
5 to 6 years experience with 2 years of corporate experience in litigation. Experience in General Insurance Industry would be an added advantage.
