Function/Department: Legal
Reporting To: Co-Founder
Qualification: Company Secretary & Law Graduate
Experience: 6- 10 years
Summary: Responsible for drafting legal documents. Drafting, Vetting, Reviewing and Negotiating of Business, Contracts, Lease Deed, License Agreement, Agreement to Lease, MOU, CAM, attornment deed, amendment deed, Bank NOC, Tripartite Agreement, settlement deed, Service Agreements, Franchisee Agreements, Termination notices etc.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting LOI/ MOU/ property related / marketing / Food Law / FSSAI / Legal Metrology and IT and other contracts.
- Must be well versed, updated with current company law, law of contract, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Arbitration Law.
- Strong legal research skill
- Providing legal support to all department
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong understanding of commercial clauses.
- Comprehensive due diligence of all the upcoming Properties on various stages of the projects and discussion with clients on issues and its resolution
- Drafting and negotiation of all kinds of Agreements, Notices, Letters and other legal documents with client (Internal and External).
- Risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
- Resolution of inter departments issues.
- New Software Implementation
- International assignments
- BOI approval
- NFC approval and follow ups
- Stamping and Registration of all the Leases and similar document
