Position: Manager of Finance North America
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Area)
Reports to: President
Occupation: Finance, Accounting and Financial Analysis
Education: BA/MBA Finance & Accounting (or equivalent) CPA Helpful
Experience: Two-Five years of accounting experience
Salary: $125k-$135K
Innovative and successful company is seeking a Manager of Finance.
The position requires a hands-on oriented finance person with strong budgeting skill sets.A person who is skilled and knowledgeable in assessing and managing the financial, accounting, operations and logistics needs of a Company. The person will report to the President and work closely with the management team on managing the day-to-day budgeting needs of the company, as well as execute on short-term and long-term goals established by management. This position requires an individual to be multi-skilled and have an ability to work in a flat organizational structure with two direct reports.
The person will have the following qualifications: (i) willingness to perform budgeting and analytical analysis (ii) work well with others and have excellent problem solving capabilities, (iii) ability to resolve and work through conflicts, (iv) perform a variety of complex accounting, and cash control techniques, (v) possess computer and software operation skills, (vi) effectively manage others, (vii) willing to travel (viii) knowledge of the planning and budgeting process, (ix) must be able to perform mathematical computations rapidly and accurately, including financial modeling (x) must have strong presentation and communication skills, (xi) must understand strong internal control systems (xii) must have excellent understanding of general budgeting process, (xiii) must have excellent financial reporting skills and understand regulatory reporting requirements.

The position shall:
· Perform all budgeting duties
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports for management
• Conduct financial analysis on a weekly and monthly basis
• Develop plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial results to guide management decisions by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; preparing economic studies and forecasts; developing and providing background information; developing and enforcing planning schedules; and preparing planning narratives.
• Oversee purchasing of small SWAG items and local vendors.
• Work to streamline information flow through good business practices in order to increase productivity and efficiency
• Develop and document internal controls
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by management, including but not limited to sales, operations, and administration
