Are you ready to step into a role where your ideas, insights and leadership will directly influence the direction and performance of an entire organisation? We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Planning, Research & Reporting to champion our strategic vision and help drive meaningful, measurable outcomes across the business.
In this pivotal role, you will guide the development and continual refinement of our organisation’s key plans and frameworks, ensuring they evolve in step with our ambitions, while working closely with leaders across all directorates to bring clarity, alignment and innovation to business planning. You’ll also lead the enhancement of our reporting systems—leveraging technology, building capability, and shaping change strategies that elevate how we measure and communicate success. From overseeing major annual reporting processes to evaluating priority programs, your work will illuminate our achievements and highlight opportunities for continued growth. Your days will be filled with variety and influence as you design and facilitate workshops for senior teams, spearhead research initiatives that spark performance improvement, and contribute to important corporate projects that cross traditional boundaries. You will be the trusted adviser staff turn to for guidance on planning, research, performance metrics, compliance and sector insights, helping build capability and strengthen organisational performance across the board.
Success in this role is built on your ability to form strong, productive relationships both internally and externally. You’ll represent us with confidence—partnering with industry, community groups, government agencies, and key stakeholders to drive shared outcomes and uphold our mission, values and strategic direction.
If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for organisational improvement, a talent for turning data into meaningful stories and a knack for building strong partnerships, this is your opportunity to make a real and lasting impact. Step into a forward‑thinking team, shape the way we work, and help us deliver the high‑performance culture we are striving for.
