Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: • Undertake primary research on market developments and opportunities, policy and regulatory updates and their impact, and relevant industry data across the Energy and Infrastructure sector (including renewable energy, power, electric vehicles, battery storage, natural resources, airports, ports, railways and other related urban and social infrastructure sectors). • Collate and summarise sector and industry data, track trends and prospects, and share regularly with the teams. • Lead, assist and project manage responses to RFPs and pitches, in particular for multilateral agencies (World Bank, IFC, ADB and PSUs). • Manage the practice-specific credentials repository; regularly update the list of key issues and related collateral. • Working in conjunction with the Knowledge Management team, create client updates on critical issues and regulatory developments, as well as contribute to thought leadership reports. • Assist in identifying opportunities across core markets and geographies, as well as practice area and sector specializations. • Maintain market intelligence on competitors, research on existing & potential clients • Look for collaboration with new technology/EPC companies in energy & infrastructure sector and convert them into opportunities. Qualification Requirement: Excellent working knowledge of the infrastructure and energy sector in India. Preferred qualifications include - Law Degree (LLB/LLM) with public policy experience in energy, infrastructure sector OR BE/B-Tech/M-tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical engineering specialization) Experience: 7-12 years Desired Skills and personality traits: • Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent documentation, analysis and project management skills, including the ability to create process flows and data access. • Above average proficiency in Microsoft word, Power point and excel • Strategic thinking with the ability to make process and data management related improvements • Ability to work in a high-performance environment
