This role provides a great opportunity to build lasting client relationships while expanding your expertise across a diverse range of topics. You will work with a market-leading team advising dynamic clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and private business owners to family groups and high net worth individuals.

Your role and responsibilities within our team will include:
Collaborate directly with partners and directors on our largest and most complex clients.
Being trusted adviser to your clients and forging your own client relationships.
Delivering high quality tax advice to your portfolio of entrepreneurial and high net worth clients.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional and technical growth to enhance team capabilities.
Playing a key role in business development initiatives, including client targeting and being active in your local market.
Collaborating with colleagues across different service lines to provide holistic solutions to our clients.
Proactively advising our clients of significant upcoming tax changes. Guiding our clients through the ever-changing tax landscape and help clients to plan strategically.

Successful candidates will possess:
Relevant experience in a practice firm
Full ICAEW or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal skills
The ability to plan and prioritise their workload effectively in order to meet deadlines
Experience to build and maintain strong client relationships
A proactive approach to problem solving and willingness to take ownership of their work
Exercise an appropriate level of judgement and ability to make sound decisions
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Dedication to their own personal development, and that of their wider team
Business acumen and a strong commercial awareness to their work
The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and respond effectively to client needs
A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wider team and key stakeholders
