Job description
Data Asset PO – Resource requirements

· Business:

· Take charge of end-to-end data development with leading a team of BA’s and support execution of discovery, data curation, testing and documentation

· Collaborating with other business teams to align roadmaps timelines for dependencies and holistic business objectives

· Understand the project life cycle and different phases of the project

· Capture, document and translate business requirements into technical documents

· Responsible for keeping the stories in backlogs up to date, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and prioritized.

· Proactive communication of project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, and Issues

· Strategize business needs and future roadmaps with respect to rollouts, discovery and migration plans

· Partner & proactively lead meetings with business SMEs to future scope, pre-discovery, data discovery to drive overall achievement of digital roadmap and business value generation

· Concisely communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, incl. business SMEs, BAs, change management experts, IT, business and Digital Transformation Team, senior leadership to gain & move project work forward.

· Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform and mature our business.

· Apply technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design, and performance requirements

· Excellent SQL skills and data analyst skills is a must

· Experience with Databricks and SQL Management Studio

· Collaborative, responsive to feedback and working in a team environment

· Business stakeholder engagement – efficient and effective communicator with ability to gather business requirements from global stakeholders and translate it to data requirements

· Quick learner with knowledge of Supply Chain is a strong plus (Deliver domain)

· SDLC knowledge and experience is a must

· Data Architecture experience and design best practices

· Jira experience is a plus

· Data Quality experience is a plus

· Technical testing experience is a plus
