Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity

As Manager- Receivables, based in Manukau office, you will lead a team of seven who manage our end to end receivables process along with fixed asset processing. The technical scope is broad, covering allocation of funds, reconciliations, exception management, fixed asset workflow and the month end requirements that support accurate reporting.

You do not need to be a specialist in every aspect of receivables or fixed assets. What matters is a strong grounding in financial processes, confidence navigating complex operational environments, and an interest in making things work better for both customers and the wider business.

This is also a great time to join us. You will help shape processes, strengthen controls and streamline workflows so we build a function that is fit for the future.

You will support and develop your team, but the focus here is on practical delivery, strong financial stewardship, continuous improvement and readiness for change. If you enjoy improving systems and processes, guiding a capable team and building foundations for the next phase of our technology uplift, this role will suit you well.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of financial operations and improving how things work.

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent experience.
Leadership experience with a proven record working with senior organisational leaders.
Solid experience in receivables management within large, complex organisations using ERP systems and performance metrics (SLA/KPI).
Strong communication, customer service, analytical, strategic, and changemanagement capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, drive continuous improvement, and stay technically current.
