Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales, finance, and operations teams
Drive student recruitment efforts and partnerships with colleges
Oversee OSAP advising and ensure application accuracy
Develop and execute strategies to meet growth targets
Ensure compliance and efficiency across all departments
Report directly to senior leadership on performance and outcomes
Qualifications
2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in education services
Strong knowledge of OSAP and student funding
Experience with student recruitment and admissions
Preferred good network and relationships withCanadian colleges
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
