We are seeking a creative and passionate Fresher with basic knowledge in Digital Marketing or Social Media content creator to join our team full-time.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and update social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic marketing content
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team
• Meet deadlines and follow content schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic programs to enhance partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build frameworks for partner onboarding, training, certification, and performance tracking.
• Define key metrics, track performance dashboards, and drive data-driven reviews to improve CP contribution to business.
• Design incentive structures, contests, and initiatives to boost sales through the channel ecosystem.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks in partner operations and work on technology-led or process-led solutions.
• Establish regular review cadences, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders.
