Job Description: Asst. Admin Manager
We are looking to hire a Asst. Admin Manager to join our team and support our processes and operations. You will act as the point of contact for all associates/employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Primary duties include managing office logistics, coordinating with the finance team on office budgets and timesheets, helping with the onboarding of new associates/employees etc. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of proven admin or assistant or similar experience
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Good time-management skills
4. Decent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
1. Manage office and work-from-home logistics
2. Vendor management
3. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
4. Maintain a firm calendar and schedule appointments
5. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
6. Arrange travel (domestic and international) including accommodation, transport, scheduling meetings across time zones etc.
7. Organise and schedule in-house and external events, make restaurant reservations for client meetings
8. Answer and direct phone calls
+. Submit and reconcile expense reports
10. Maintain and update employee records and contact list

Job Description
Manager/Senior manager - SMEpreference - either from reputed law firms/consulting companies providing advisory services on labour compliances Roles and Responsibility Conduct comprehensive research on Indian labor laws and upcoming labor codes for client advisory Provide expert advice and consultancy to clients on labor law compliance and regulations specific to client industry Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in labor laws, Analyze the impact of these laws on clients" businesses.
Develop and deliver training sessions and presentations for clients and internal teams Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Monitor and interpret new legislation, regulations, and case law related to labor and employment. Senior Executive/Team lead position Roles and Responsibility Monitor and track changes in labor laws and regulations including labour codes. Conduct thorough research on various labor law topics. Support the senior team in developing training materials and presentations. Maintain a database of labor law resources and updates.
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in labor law research, content creation, or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent writing and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.,
