Key Objective of the Job:
• Project(s) vital to the Group's strategic renewal, re-positioning and growth - working in a team with exposure to senior leadership and external consultants
The broad experience gained in this role can lead to career opportunities across TCPL/TCFSL and other companies in the Group.
Major Deliverables:
• Strategic research, Financial modelling, Competitor benchmarking (local and global), project planning and implementation of key initiatives, building networks in Group companies, preparing presentations for senior leadership.
Educational Qualification:
• BBA or MBA
Desired Experience:
• Familiarity and interest in working on strategic projects, problem solving, understanding regulatory environment and dealing with ambiguity
Some exposure or knowledge of both - the Indian charity sector and the workings of the Tata Group - are essential.
Other desired attributes:
• Flexibility, adaptability, eagerness to learn a broad array of corporate issues
Good skills of business analysis, Excel and PowerPoint.
