Exp- 5 to 10 years.
Education- MBA.
Business-Infrastructure Build Own Operate and Maintain.
Reporting- Executive Director.
Function-Enablement-Stakeholder Management.
Location-Gurgaon Haryana.
Role Purpose -
The purpose of this role is to establish and strengthen the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Stakeholder Management, aligning with the functions vision of being the repository for deploying best practices for structured stakeholder management.
This role will focus on driving the mission to implement standard best practices across the business, ensuring sustainable engagement strategies, and developing the next generation of leaders aligned with The Way We Work.
Strategic Contributions:
• Implement stakeholder management frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across projects
• Develop and maintain a repository of best practices, case studies
Operational Excellence:
• Standardize stakeholder management processes across projects.
• Monitor and analyze stakeholder engagement outcomes, recommending improvements where necessary.
People Development:
• Design and deliver training programs for project teams to enhance communication capabilities in coordination with Learning and Development Team.
Knowledge Sharing:
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions to extract lessons learned from projects.
• Create structured documentation of successful strategies and improvement areas for future projects
Essential -
• Experience in stakeholder management, project management, or related roles in infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Proven experience in public speaking, external interactions, and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with government authorities and local communities.
• Experience in navigating socio-economic challenges and managing large-scale project risks.
Desirable- Must have worked in Large CAPEX Projects in Infra Sector like Roads Highways/ Power or Transmission Sector.
