Job Description
1. General Administration & Coordination:
• Oversee daily operations of BGIF, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies.
• Act as the central point of contact for members, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Maintain records, documentation, and correspondence related to BGIF activities.
2. Research & Policy Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on government policies affecting various industries and provide reports.
• Analyze international market trends and identify potential opportunities for Indian businesses.
• Stay updated on trade policies, regulations, and investment opportunities across different countries.
3. Member Onboarding & Engagement:
• Initiate and oversee the onboarding process for new members, from sending invitations to completing registration.
• Maintain a database of members, ensuring updated records and active communication.
• Address queries and provide necessary information to potential and existing members.
4. Meeting & Event Coordination:
• Plan and organize meetings, networking sessions, and industry-related events.
• Develop meeting agendas, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely dissemination of relevant materials.
• Facilitate discussions, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in administration, research, or industry coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of government policies, trade regulations, and international market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and social media management.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
