Job Description
We are looking for a Manager to join our M&A Services within the KPMG Strategy practice.
Responsibilities:
• Lead engagements and workstreams focused on due diligence (ODD and/or CDD), integration, and separation services.
• Drive business development by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and facilitate team interviews/workshops.
• Oversee the development and presentation of final project deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality engagements while fostering the development of staff.
Qualifications:
• At least five years of experience in M&A ODD, CDD, or integration and separation services within a consulting advisory environment; corporate strategy or development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
• Industry-specific deal experience in FS/IM/C&R/HCLS/TMT, with operational exposure across key corporate functions (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects throughout the M&A lifecycle.
• Strong foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written, and verbal communication, as well as excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
