Job Description
KPMG is on the lookout for a Manager, Supplier Engagement Platform Administrator to join our Global Procurement Group, which is part of KPMG International.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of our SaaS-based Supplier Information and Engagement platform by configuring workflows, overseeing onboarding, and managing data fields, roles, and permissions tailored to procurement and compliance needs.
• Coordinate system upgrades, feature introductions, and configuration modifications with the software vendor, including troubleshooting issues and communicating with stakeholders.
• Oversee supplier master data governance, ensuring the accuracy of profiles, risk attributes, certifications, and diversity data through ongoing validation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with procurement, compliance, finance, and risk teams to synchronize supplier data across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Coupa, risk platforms) while implementing data quality controls.
• Provide insightful reporting, dashboards, and analytics focused on supplier onboarding, segmentation, risk assessment, and compliance, while seeking opportunities for process automation and enhancement.
• Serve as the primary support contact for users, spearheading training and material development to facilitate effective onboarding and encouraging best practices.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of four years of recent experience in procurement environments, especially in supplier onboarding or lifecycle management.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with administering SaaS business systems, including configurations and integrations, along with platform support.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, supply chain, or a related field, complemented by practical experience in procurement or related functions.
• Proven capability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions through workflow configuration and reporting.
• A strong focus on data governance and operational excellence, showcasing keen attention to detail in data management and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Organized, collaborative self-starter equipped with strong communication abilities and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies such as AI.
• U.S. work authorization is required; KPMG will not sponsor employment-based visa applicants for this role.
