Forecast Emipro’s hiring needs, work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
Understand the requirements from the managers of all departments for the specific skills and responsibilities, draft a job description and publish it to a website, Social Media, Placement Agency and Job searching Platforms
Create innovative sourcing solutions for Emipro that expand, deepen and enrich diverse talent pools.
Handling end to end recruitment process that covers the candidate’s resume search and sources, screening, initial interviewing, scheduling interviews take followup from management and closing the post in alignment with the respective department
Recruitment will range from Junior to Senior-level positions
Be a representative of Emipro in various annual events of various academic institutes and overall rapport building with them for campus recruitment
Conduct pre-boarding & on-boarding formalities
Need to keep yourself updated with all the platforms in which Emipro is carrying out the business & provide understanding of various jobs to the recruitment team to improve quality sourcing of candidates.
Coming up with innovative activities to enhance recruitment while keeping legal requirements in mind.
Working and coordinating with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, build and drive hiring strategies.
Focus on and drive high-quality sourcing, screening, evaluation and interview procedures throughout the entire hiring process.
Experimenting with new ways to optimize our hiring process and internal workflows and solve problems at the root cause.
Managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, reviewing and ensuring their daily, monthly and quarterly performance.
Problem-Solving for long term gains with respect to end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Define SOP’s for all recruitment processes & provide training to TA team on ATS, recruitment processes, etc to improve their hiring.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
