About the role
This is a senior, handson role with ownership of the design, delivery and embedding of enterprisewide talent and leadership frameworks. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with senior leaders and operational P&C teams, you will shape how people strategy is translated into practical, scalable solutions across a national workforce.
This role is ideal for a people leader who thrives on turning strategy into execution – leading from concept through to execution, ensuring talent, leadership and employee experience initiatives are practical, measurable and built for impact at scale.
What are your responsibilities?
Design and deliver enterprisewide talent, leadership and people frameworks aligned to business strategy.
Own the endtoend delivery of people initiatives, ensuring scalability, consistency and measurable impact.
Lead the development of leadership capability to drive performance at scale.
Shape career pathways and workforce development solutions aligned to current and future dnata catering & retail's business needs.
Partner with operational P&C teams to optimise highvolume talent acquisition and workforce effectiveness.
Embed a consistent employee experience across the organisation, enabling local flexibility within enterprise frameworks.
Drive culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion outcomes using data and insights to make inform decisions.
Design and embed people lifecycle frameworks throughout the business, including performance management and reward.
Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and change.
As a trusted advisor, translate strategy into practical, implementable people solutions.
What do you need to be successful in securing this role?
Deep capability across talent, leadership, employee experience and people lifecycle frameworks, ideally in complex or operational environments.
Proven experience in a senior HR management role, with demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide solutions
Strong experience leading and developing highperforming teams.
Highly effective senior stakeholder influencer, able to partner credibly with leaders and operational teams.
Commercially minded and datadriven, with the ability to use insight to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
