Job Description
Compiles information for statutory reports as well as internal tax reporting. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
Responsibilities displayed in the job posting :
1. Manage and Support the reporting deliverables needed for Business Review Meetings.
2. Support HQ Data request and analysis, which includes adhoc data support - which includes Tax & Treasury LOBs UM reporting, HC and Contractor Data base support, UM reporting, PMO activity tracker reporting, Data reconciliations and supporting the EVP / SVP requests .
3. Drive Project meetings and discussions with OAL (IT) and Cross functional teams.
4. Work with FP&A and Global Accounting Operations (GAO) teams to analyze the budget postings and be the Tax controller to review the spend postings to Tax and Treasury Cost centers.
5. Maintain the master data related to Head count and contractors, and supply data sets to team for Org Chart, Utilization Matrix and employee offboarding tool.
6. Support the Tax Accountant role SOX Compliance and users validation, and report to the status to Finance - SOX team.
