What We'll Bring
The brief JR would be to handle Tax Audit, Income Tax Returns, Transfer Pricing, Intercompany and Related Party Transactions, Assessments etc for the company.
What You'll Bring
Role Responsibilities:
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, Tax Audit Report, Transfer Pricing Documentation and return filing.
• Handling tax assessments / queries raised by tax department.
• Preparation of various letters / response to notices, appeal and other documents for submission to tax department working closely with the finance team and external service providers.
• Monitoring tax account positions, performing tax account reconciliations, responsible for tax entries and numbers in FS.
• Monthly and annual computation of tax provision and deferred tax assets and liabilities.
• Computation of quarterly Advance Tax workings for timely payments.
• Preparing monthly Intercompany Transaction list with proper supporting and justification in place. Liaising with user teams to ensure RPTs approvals are in place for each intercompany transaction.
• Helping payments team and ensuring timely payments of intercompany invoices.
• Maintaining all ‘Related Party Transactions (RPT)’ related, documents, files and worksheets
• Preparing details for RPT workings, reconciliations, board notes, returns and any assessments
• Coordinating for RPT review by consultants, auditors.
• Track RPTs and coordinate with Secretarial for necessary Audit Committee, Board or Shareholder approvals and ensure these are available in time for audits and assessments.
• Preparing and submitting various TU reports relating to own area
• Ensuring compliance of all Legal requirements in own area
• Responsible for existence of proper internal controls and ensuring timely statutory & internal audits in own area
• Other responsibilities or priorities that may be given by the Finance Controller or immediate senior, from time to time
Impact You'll Make
CA with minimum experience of 5 years in relevant role is required.
