• Education: B. Tech / Diploma (Any Specialization)
• Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in similar industry
Responsibilities/Key Result Areas:
• Strong focus on health, safety, environment & quality is a must. Plan and implement competence development systems and processes within the service operations in line with Organisation EHS policies, procedures, and objectives at all times.
• Support the Ongoing Competence Development programs for the current employees of Organisation.
• Conduct the Knowledge / Skill assessment modules as per defined schedule.
• Basis on the Knowledge skill Gap, plan and conduct the Competence Development
