Job Description
• To manage and oversee the daily operations of the US Accounts & Finance, Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Bookkeeping, Invoicing & tracking, Depreciation, and Loan Adjustments.
• Perform monthly Financial Statements analysis and reconciliation.
• Review journal entries, ledger, Financial Transactions.
• Audit and Finalization of books.
• Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data.
• To monitor the Cash flow, Finance & expenses, Provide recommendations, Improve systems and
• procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Deal with various external clients to take the Financial services.
• To coordinate with Internal operations to take services provided to external clients.
Desired Skills
• Working experience on Quickbooks & Zoho Books.
• Should have experience working as a individual contributor and as an Assistant Manager/
• Manager (for minimum 2 years), in US Finance & Accounting function
• Should have an advanced knowledge of Excel skills. (Google sheet knowledge preferred)
• Should have a smart approach towards the work.
• Payroll experience can be an added advantage
• Should have problem solving, excellent aptitude and reasoning skills.
• Should have mixed experience working with large and mid sized companies (preferably)
• Strong written/verbal communications including relevant past experience of servicing US clients.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business accounting & administration or a related field or
• equivalent work experience works.
