Mandatory Skills
- Qualified CA – Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years’ Experience
- Very good in spoken and written communications skills
- Working in US shifts desirable.
Technical Skills
- Preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with USGAAP, IGAAP accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other Department on Expense Management,
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits.
- Understand and Implement procedure and policies to ensure smooth function of Receivables and
Payables process.
- Develop and implement internal controls and processes to ensure accurate and reliable financial
reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement by deep diving and
understanding gaps from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop, manage and plan monthly expense, budgets for day to
day Working Capital Management
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management as required.
- Stay current on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage a team by, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed with a proactive approach of
getting things done by actively getting self-involved.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate audits
