Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Efficient Contracts Management: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various contracts including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Master Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Operation & Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding etc.
• Banking related arrangement: Assist with the review and closure of various banking needs and documentation with the banks like sanction letters, loan agreement, escrow arrangement, etc.
• Others arrangements: Arrangements for software license and AI development, real estate,related party transactions, employment & labour matters, POSH matters, CSR matters, etc.
• Transactional Work: Assist in various transactions undertaken by the Group like joint venture, collaborations, merger & acquisition, share purchase & shareholders arrangement, operation & management, revenue share arrangements, etc. Includes conducting due diligence and interaction with external legal counsels in this regard.
• Independent interaction with senior management/ HoDs: Interaction with senior management and internal/ externalclients to better understand their requirements, address their queries and ensure smooth resolution and closure.
What we are looking for:
• 5 years programme (LLM,LLB)from a reputed college
• 8-12 years of experience in relevant areas- Corporate law, Company Law, SEBI, IPR (with 2-3yrs. of experience in a Law Firm – Preferably)
