Experience – 6+ Years
Role Description:
• Experience with NBFCs as a legal manager
• Well-versed in Injunctions, Specific Relief Laws, Money Suits, Arbitration, Executions & Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Liaison with legal agencies and handling court matters
• Negotiate with litigating borrowers to settle loan accounts
• Issuance of Notice to defaulting borrowers under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Drafting of court complaints and other legal documents.
• Filing of Court complaints and follow-up for speedy resolution.
• Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs.
Preferred:
• Candidates who have NBFC experience will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
