We are inviting applications for the open position of Marketing & Communications Intern from enthusiastic and results-driven individuals eager to gain experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities-
Assist with website & client-related tasks:
• Manage the WordPress website for optimal performance.
• Analyze data using Excel and Google Analytics.
• Aid in cleaning email blast lists for effective client communication.
• Prepare monthly reports on Google Ads analytics.
Assist with event research & creative tasks:
• Help identify relevant industry events for the organization to attend.
• Support video shoots and interviews/global office-assigned projects.
• Aid in in-house video production, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
• Utilize video production skills to create engaging content for marketing and communication initiatives.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator is a plus.
Assist with writing & PR tasks:
• Develop engaging marketing content and prepare draft synopses for events.
• Occasionally seek media publication opportunities for organizational visibility.
Assist with SEO tasks:
• Conduct SEO directory listing and optimize online visibility.
• Perform SEO tasks to improve website ranking.
Requirements and Skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, social media platforms, and event research.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in email management, data analysis, and Google Analytics.
• Passion for the marketing industry with creativity in content development, video production, and multimedia storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
