ROI Activations
Contribute in business growth and revenue to the tune 10-15cr annually. Prime responsibility is to plan, manage and execute different promotions and lead generation activities in their region at branch/cluster/zone/region level on a regular basis.
Includes entire conceptualization of the promotion, taking buy-in of all the stake holders, arranging external ground agencies to execute the same through the Regional Marketing Managers and then managing the effective execution.
Almost 50% of the total regional marketing spends are expected to have clear cut measurable metrics within the prescribed cost to income ratios (1:3)
Large scale brand promotion / activations
Brand Visibility & Promotion
Make sure that all new and existing branches have ample visibility in the catchment area.
Arrange temporary or semi-permanent visibility avenues for the branch including promotions for various products, launch activities anniversary celebrations etc.
Branch Merchandizing
Ensure that branches have adequate merchandizing material in the branch including all types of display material.
Regularly interact with the branches on the importance of using approved, standard & updated collaterals and other items as part of My Branch Beautiful Guidelines

Analytics & Direct Communication campaigns
Drive on ground activities basis marketing analytics
Regional level campaigns to support local teams
CSR & Government
Drive initiatives under CSR like Dhanchayat, Road Safety visibility, Swachh Bharat visibility, branding initiatives for planned CSR projects.
Brand promotion in all Rural markets
Government sponsorship and branding and other engagement activities.
Key Projects / National Campaigns
Manage and monitor the execution of "On ground" activities of all the Key Visibility projects of the bank. This includes both National and regional campaigns.
Plan and execute the projects assigned within a given time frame through the Regional Marketing Managers
Product / Asset team support
Support various asset teams like Gold Loans, Personal Loans, NRI, etc in sales promotion / lead generation activities through RMMs
Drive joint ownership with the channel for effective and smooth roll out of campaigns
Support key channels such as Corporate Salary in activations
Team Management
Regularly supervise 2-3 RMM's (E2/E3) performance and delivery to ensure smooth and effective execution of Regional Marketing Activities.
Responsible to ensure Marketing activities are carried out by the RMMs as per defined KRAs.
Oversee all asset activities in the region in coordination with RSMs/ASMs of respective business.
Single point of contact to BBH/ RH for better focus and stability of business covering bigger geography.
Regular audit of RMMs
Budgetary control
Ensure effective utilization of branch and asset team budgets
Ensure 50% of the spend of branch budget on ROI activities
Vendor management to ensure more bang for the buck
