Workpaper Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned outsourcing firm supporting real Australian businesses with accounting and compliance solutions. We’re looking for a smart, organised, and creative Admin & Marketing Assistant who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and bringing ideas to life.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Support
• Managing emails, client follow-ups, and internal coordination
• Maintaining records, trackers, and documentation
• Assisting with scheduling, invoicing, and data entry
• Supporting day-to-day office and operational activities
• Marketing Support
• Creating, scheduling, and managing LinkedIn and social media posts
• Assisting with content ideas, captions, and basic creatives
• Supporting lead generation, outreach, and employer branding
• Managing and updating company profiles and online presence
• Assisting with email marketing and client communication campaigns
• Tracking basic marketing performance (reach, engagement, responses)
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in admin and/or marketing role
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Interest in digital marketing and social media
✅ Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
