Samzan Global PTY LTD is currently looking for a new Marketing Administrator in WA. Our company is a social media marketing platform in data research, analytics, advertisement in Asia Pacific region and in other emerging markets.
Administrative Administrator provides a full range of administrative support, compares key prices, and determines commercial terms, including information gathering from different markets and checking historical contracts.
Key responsibilities & activities within the role:
Provide a full range of administrative affairs support to the team, provide high-quality administrative support, etc.
Directly report to the Director and handle all documentations.
Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in quotation process.
Negotiate with service partners for competitive prices and terms and building good relationship.
Search data on business-to-business leads on social media.
Provide regular and timely reports for marketing team.
Requirements
Citizen or Permanent Resident
Exceptional administrative skills and attention to details.
Educated to diploma or above.
Four years of work experience preferable.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook.
Experience working with systems and databases.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing directly with service partners and customers on the phone.
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proactive, enthusiastic and enterprising, strong sense of responsibility.
