Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)
Schedule: M–F, * AM–6 PM
Duration: 6 months
Compliance: Background + OIG/GSA/OFAC screening required
Role Summary
The Manager, Marketing Analytics supports trade marketing initiatives with a focus on budget management, vendor coordination, analytics, and digital transformation. This role manages CAPEX/OPEX budgets for the U.S. and Canada, partners cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Marketing, and supports the transition from Excel tracking to a centralized program management tool.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily trade marketing CAPEX/OPEX budgets (U.S. & Canada).
Support Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing on cross-functional program execution.
Coordinate vendor activities during RFP and operational transitions.
Document requirements for a new digital project management platform.
Track logistics and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
Present insights and status updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
4+ years in analytics, finance, marketing operations, or related field.
Experience managing complex budgets and working cross-functionally.
Strong Excel proficiency; experience with Tableau, SQL, Business Objects, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
High analytical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
