As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and management of Future Skills Domestic, Ashton Warner Academy (AWA) and NZ Industry Training Enterprise (NZITE) digital marketing, design, communications and customer engagement activities, in support of the business growth objectives. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to efficiently generate high quality leads to meet enrolment targets.

You will be responsible for creating compelling and highly engaging content across all assets and media for Future Skills Domestic, AWA and NZITE. Your work may include (but not limited to) content creation for website, social media channels, brochures, newsletters, staff and student hubs, nurture campaigns, targeted messaging, ad copy, signages, educational guides, testimonials, annual reports, case studies, and videos. You will develop and implement external and internal communications strategies to drive brand engagement through online and print media, for enhanced communication with faculty, current students, prospective students, and alumni.

Your experience and knowledge will include:

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
Proven ability to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing platforms.
Experience using digital channels including but not limited to Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, CMS, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot or similar marketing software etc.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Creativity in developing content of all forms including graphic design skills.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent eye for detail, and demonstrated experience juggling multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Expertise in market research, data analysis, and report writing.
