We are looking for a passionate PR & Marketing Manager to elevate Novella’s brand presence and reputation, creating impactful campaigns and managing relationships with industry stakeholders.
Role Overview
The PR & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in shaping Novella’s public image and driving its marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, managing communications, and executing marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and wedding industry stakeholders.
• Pitch stories, features, and press releases to media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent Novella at industry events, media interactions, and networking opportunities.
• Manage crisis communication and protect the brand’s reputation.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that reflects Novella’s luxury ethos.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Event Coordination & Branding
• Work closely with wedding planners, venues, and clients to ensure Novella’s branding is seamlessly integrated into events.
• Plan and execute promotional events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador during client interactions, maintaining professionalism and luxury standards.
Performance Analysis
• Track and analyze PR and marketing campaign performance, presenting detailed reports to management.
• Identify KPIs and use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Key RequirementsExperience
• 4+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management, preferably in the luxury, wedding, or events industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong media and influencer networking capabilities.
• Expertise in digital marketing and content creation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of luxury branding.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Availability: The role may require working on weekends, especially during wedding seasons and events.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities as needed.
