Responsibilities:
• B2B Lead Management: Generate and manage B2B leads through various channels, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel to achieve revenue targets.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to drive website traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
• PR Activities: Coordinate and attend public relation activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and other events, to promote the company's brand and generate leads. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and industry influencers.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to target B2B customers and achieve sales goals. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and meetings. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes to optimize results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
