Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales both online and offline.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and programs.
Develop and maintain a strong social media presence for the company.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure marketing campaigns are within budget.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Manage the marketing team and provide guidance and direction.
Sell products and services to potential customers both online and offline.
Achieve online sales targets by developing and executing strategies for online sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage sales leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Answer phones and respond to emails.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Organize files and maintain records.
Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings and events.
Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office security systems, and coordinating with building management for any facility-related needs.
Maintain company records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with the preparation and management of contracts and agreements.
Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.
Manage staff and provide guidance and direction.
Develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in sales and/or administration.
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Experience with marketing automation software and CRM software. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
