Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)
Equestrian Retail | On-site | 16 hours per week
£12.21 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our equestrian retail team on a part-time, on-site basis. This role plays a key part in growing brand awareness, driving online traffic, and supporting the ongoing performance of our website and digital marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
Managing, optimising, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns, with clear targets and KPIs to meet
SEO
Driving brand awareness and online visibility through paid advertising and performance marketing
Providing marketing strategy support, contributing ideas and insights to help guide campaign planning and growth
Producing monthly performance reports, tracking growth and results across key marketing channels
Assisting a member of our team with social media activity and content creation
Supporting and assisting with email marketing campaigns, including planning, content support, and performance monitoring
Monitoring performance data and making data-led improvements
Supporting wider marketing initiatives as required
About You
Degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years’ marketing experience
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing
Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
Interest in equestrian retail or lifestyle brands is an advantage
The Role
Part-time: 16 hours per week
Location: On-site
Pay: £12.21 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
